Just got back to the UK after a fantastic holiday in Orlando
Florida, one of the most special days we had on the holiday
was the balloon flight we took with yourself. The whole
experience was one of the best we had ever done, and we
would like to thank you and all your team for your friendliness
and professionalism throughout the whole day. The flight
was chosen after reading about you in the “Brits
Guide to Orlando” and then this was endorsed by
a friend who had flown with your previously. We have shouted
about it every day to everyone we know as we found it
so fantastic – I have attached a couple of photo’s
for you to see and possibly use on your website….
Once again thank you all very much and the next time we
are in Orlando we will book to fly with you again….

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you and your team
for everything you did on our wedding day (April 12th)
and on the day of the balloon ride (April 14th). We thoroughly
enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to coming back
next year to do it again… We are all booked to come
back on the 11th May next year for 2 weeks. I will email

My parents and I had a wonderful time! And special thanks
for being patient and understanding with Dusty Dog. My
Dad was very nervous about the ride and he is never separated
from his dog, so it was a double whammy for him and his
comfort this morning. I really appreciate your kindness.
Happy days. On February 6 2006 my sister Jane Joyner
and I enjoyed a fantastic balloon ride. It was the highlight
of our vacation.

My husband and I went on a hot air balloon flight this
morning Hertfordshire, England. We flew with Virgin Balloons.
The flight was very good and beautiful. Looking at the
landscape and the affluence of the countryside was breathtaking.
However, I MISSED YOU LOT SO MUCH. Our first balloon flight
was with you in Florida on the 18th of March 2004. It
was our wedding anniversary and it was magic. The teams
professionalism and humour made the whole experience special.
Well, my flight today missed a few things and that is
why I have been prompted to write to let you know you
are in a class of your own. I don’t think I can
really describe the landing but the basket landed on it’s
side (imagine the rest). It was a lovely experience but
it lacked a lot of humour, laughter and definitely your
lovely moustache. I wish you all the best and I hope you
maintain your excellent standards of customer care. See

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! My roommate and I received our
flight as a Christmas gift and were, of course, looking
forward to it. NEVER did we think that it would be as
rewarding an experience as it was. The peacefulness and
the feeling of drifting with the wind was so great that
we can’t wait to do it again some day. It’s
just you and the open sky with the wind as your guide.
The crew (with Bob as our fearless leader) was phenomenal
and the total package was one of those things that truly
has to be experienced to be appreciated (special praise
to the chase crew as well). Words can never describe it.
We talked with many of the other passengers at the buffet
breakfast afterward and everybody had the same thoughts.
I can strongly recommend that if anyone is ever hesitating
about participating in a flight…DON’T!!! In
our group we had kids, seniors, couples, families and
even one gentleman who had a fear of heights! All shared
the same thought: What a great adventure! Best of luck

continue to be a greater part of every local and visitors
Central Florida agenda.

We just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful flight
(Feb 16 2000). You guys were great, it was worth every
penny. It will be something Kris and I will remember for
the rest of our lives, or at least till the next flight,
which I want to be soon. In November I am taking her to

We all had a great morning out in your balloon. You and
your wife made us so welcome that day and looked after
us well. I am sorry about my father-in-law making a mess
of the table with his coffee cup. However, he was okay
in the balloon that morning, we didn’t lose anybody.
I hope you and your wife keep your smiles and jokes going
for your customers, also hope you are well and keep up
the good work.

Dear all.
My wife Sharon and I had the pleasure of flying with you
last week on the landing in the back garden day (Tuesday)
and having returned to the UK this morning just had to
drop you a quick note to say thanks very much for a truly
unbelievable experience. It really is the ONLY way to
travel and we will be up, up and away again as soon as
we can. I am no computer expert but if I get some decent
photos, I will try and e-mail them to you.

I am sending you this e-mail to thank you and all your
crew for our recent balloon flight. It was an amazing
morning, well worth waking up early for!!! We have just
had our pictures developed and it has brought all the
memories back, although the pictures do not do justice
to how amazing it is in real life. It is something that
I have wanted to do for years and will never forget it.
I haven’t stopped yapping on about it to all who
have to endure my holiday stories, so hopefully you will
have some future balloonists heading your way!! Thanks

I would like to thank you all for a terrific time myself
and my friends had recently with you. We flew with you
on the 20th October. We were the group of 4 women, Jill,
Diane (birthday present), Michelle and me Pam. It was
our first time and you made us feel safe and at ease,
well even if Jill did worry about going too close to the
trees. I am recommending you to all my friends, family
and work colleagues, so beware. Who knows, you may even
get us gain. Now that’s frightening. Once again,
thanks for a great day, it was the highlight of our holiday.
